I especially enjoyed your comments about Greenspan warning us before the Tech bubble. Man he was definitely right about that one. 		<description>It&#039;s true that the current mortgage holder needs to be satisfied first, IF there is a &quot;due on sale&quot; clause contained in the promissory note.  Granted, the majority of mortgages do contain such a clause, but it&#039;s not always there.  If it&#039;s not, then the property can be sold using seller financing.  The seller can use the monthly income he receives to first pay on the first mortgage that he owes, and then to retain the balance.  It&#039;s a bit trickier and puts the new buyer in a secondary position, but it can be done.</description>
